No Hassel Return Policy

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return.

• Merchandise must be unused.

• You must first notify us of your intent to make a return and provide your order number.  We will issue a return authorization number and shipping address. 

• Returns are for GrillvanaUSA.com orders only.  For return orders placed at other retail locations, please contact said retailer directly.  

• Return shipping will be paid by customer.

• Once the return is received, your refund will be issued to your credit card.

• Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
